In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Use of the wow388 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or placing wagers on the Platform. wow388 enforces this restriction through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the Platform.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances in accordance with Clause 9 (Prohibited Conduct).
5. Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through our Responsible Gaming tools or mandated by a regulatory authority.
6. Employee Restriction: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of wow388 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in any promotion unless explicit written permission has been granted by the Company's Compliance Department.

To access the full features of the wow388 Platform, you must register a personal Account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card)
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Valid email address to which you have sole access
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Bank account details for the local bank account you intend to use for withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported bank)
• Secure password of your own choosing

You agree to maintain the accuracy of all registered information and to notify wow388 promptly of any changes. The Company bears no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account—whether authorised by you or not—is your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to wow388 customer support without undue delay. wow388 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the information provided is suspected to be false or misleading; (b) registration would violate applicable law; or (c) the applicant appears on an exclusion list maintained by the Company.

In accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme, wow388 requires all Users to complete identity verification be fore their first withdrawal request or when required by our Compliance Department. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• Primary Identity Document: A clear, unobscured photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — National Identity Card). All four corners of the document must be visible, and all text must be legible.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face. Your face and the full KTP must be clearly visible in a single image. Digital alterations or filters are not permitted.
• Address Proof (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
• Source of Funds (if requested): Documentation supporting the legitimate origin of funds deposited on the Platform, which may be required for high-volume accounts at the Company's discretion.

Documents must be submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format and must not exceed 5 MB per file. The Company targets a KYC review turnaround of 1–24 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). You will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required. wow388 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

wow388 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; please consult the Platform's cashier section or contact customer support for current limits applicable to your Account.

Deposits are processed in real time during standard banking hours. Transfers initiated outside banking hours or during public holidays observed in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi) may experience delays of up to 24 hours. wow388 is not liable for delays attributable to the User's bank or e-wallet provider.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed to the source account, and the receiving Account may be suspended pending investigation. wow388 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which wow388 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your wow388 Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or failed KYC will have withdrawals held until verification is resolved.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
3. Maximum Withdrawal: The standard maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Higher limits may be available to VIP-tier members by arrangement with the VIP team.
4. Destination Account: Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a bank account registered in your name at one of our supported Indonesian banks. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, overseas bank accounts, or payment methods not previously used for deposit on your Account.
5. Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are reviewed within 1–6 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available window. Bank processing may add a further 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
6. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied as specified in the bonus terms issued at the time of the promotion.
7. Withdrawal Fees: wow388 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank may apply inter-bank transfer charges for which the Company bears no responsibility.

wow388 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or inconsistent with a User's normal activity pattern. This is a standard AML safeguard and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the User.

wow388 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the general provisions below as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are restricted to new members making their first qualifying deposit.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("turnover requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms (e.g., "15x deposit + bonus"). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets vary depending on the minimum odds requirement stipulated in the promotion.
3. Validity Period: Bonuses that are not activated or fully wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
4. Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted stake per bet is Rp 50,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
5. Bonus Abuse: wow388 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and use of low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns inconsistent with normal play during a bonus period. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Only one (1) bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
7. Modification and Cancellation: wow388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.

The following general betting rules apply across all products available on the wow388 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, sabung ayam, slots) are published within each respective product section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

1. Bet Acceptance: A wager is not binding until the Platform has issued a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation due to connectivity issues or system errors are considered void and any funds tentatively deducted will be returned to the Account Balance.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, market, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's betting interface at the time of placement. wow388 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts at its discretion.
3. Odds Changes: For pre-match sports wagers, odds are locked at the time of confirmed bet acceptance. For in-play (live) bets, the odds displayed at the moment of placement are used subject to a brief system latency period. wow388 does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on odds that were subject to an obvious error ("palpable error"), and reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes.
4. Event Cancellation: If a Sporting Event is abandoned, postponed to a date outside the settlement window, or cancelled prior to the minimum required playing time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless product-specific rules state otherwise.
5. Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, Premier League Ltd for EPL, UEFA for Champions League). In-play scores displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes and do not constitute official results for settlement purposes.
6. Dispute Window: Any dispute relating to bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the official settlement time by contacting our customer support team. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wow388 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder money
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by wow388
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals initiated without a legitimate basis; fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent Account closure and debt recovery proceedings
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party

wow388 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following self-management tools to all registered Users, accessible through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions are applied immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Time-Out (Cooling-Off): Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals displaying your net session profit/loss and time spent playing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. The wow388 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
2. wow388 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. wow388 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) interruptions to banking or e-wallet services operated by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any other third-party payment provider; (b) network outages or internet connectivity issues beyond the Company's control; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
5. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content on the wow388 Platform—including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text, and data compilations—is the exclusive intellectual property of wow388 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform; or frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website.

Any unauthorised use of wow388 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

wow388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, KYC documents, and gameplay activity for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for the delivery of our services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification partners) or where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. Please note that certain data must be retained for minimum statutory periods in compliance with AML regulations and cannot be deleted on request.

wow388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notification on the Platform's homepage or sending an email to the address registered on your Account. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or editorial clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available real-money Balance by contacting customer support.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wow388 holds its primary international gaming licence. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process.

wow388 operates under an international gaming licence and serves players in Indonesia in compliance with internationally recognised gaming regulations. The Company does not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited. Users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wow388 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing prohibited conduct.
